(Harriet Rigby – Not the Bee) I usually don’t promote quitting, but when a female is matched up in sport against a trans-identifying male opponent, well, I’m all for it. And that’s exactly what happened in Wales over the weekend at the English Pool Association’s 2023 Champion of Champions.
Female pool player Lynne Finches walked away from the game after realizing the woman she was facing was clearly a man. (See the photos on the site.)
I know it’s just a small pool tournament, but for these women, it’s their passion. Forcing them to compete in unfair circumstances is straight-up wrong.
