G3 Ministries Cancels Josh Buice, 2025 Conferences

UPDATE: Below is Founders’ Ministries statement regarding Josh Buice, plus Jon Harris’s podcast where he discusses the recent revelations:

“These actions were not only sinful in nature but deeply divisive, causing unnecessary suspicion and strife within the body of Christ…”

(Ray Fava – Evangelical Dark Web) G3 Ministries is a large platform, founded by Josh Buice, built to equip churches in ways that institutions like The Gospel Coalition have failed. G3 is theologically similar to John MacArthur. The last two years have been detrimental to the reputation of G3 as they engaged in bad-faith campaigns with ministry rivals. In 2023, Josh Buice, Scott Aniol, and Owen Strachan peddled James Lindsay talking points to attack Christian Nationalism. The result of the ensuing discourse led to Michael O’Fallon being removed by the G3 board.

Evidently, around that time, Josh Buice operated anonymous accounts which he used to engage in shadow campaigns against ministry rivals, G3 speakers, and even elders in his own church. G3 announced Josh Buice’s resignation from the ministry he founded.

The Lord calls his church to walk in the light, to speak the truth in love, and to uphold integrity, especially among those entrusted with leadership. It is in that spirit of sober transparency and humble [accountability that we, the board of G3 Ministries (G3), share the following statement regarding Dr. Josh Buice, President of G3 and elder at Pray’s Mill Baptist Church (PMBC). A Statement Regarding Josh Buice

We have been informed by the G3 board and the elders of Prays Mill Baptist Church, and Josh Buice himself of his sinful, deceitful, and slanderous activities engaged under the cover of anonymous accounts, emails, and substacks over the last several years. Because his actions demonstrate his disqualification for spiritual leadership, we have removed all of Josh’s content from our Founders website.

A large percentage of his wicked words and actions were directed at Founders Ministries, our President, Tom Ascol, and his family. Many who are aware have reached out to express their concern and support, for which we are grateful. Like all who know and love Josh and appreciate the testimony of Prays Mill Baptist Church and the work of G3, we grieve at what he has done and are praying for the Lord to grant him true repentance and humility to submit himself fully to his church and elders as he begins to learn how to make amends where he can and to live by simple, sincere faith in our Lord Jesus.

We harbor no animosity toward Josh. Our Lord reigns and we are confident that He will use all this for our good and His glory. Many of Josh’s secret sins have been brought to light and the revelation has been painful and sorrowful. We are aware that the seeds of those sins live in our own hearts, and we must, by the grace and power of Christ, mortify them daily.

We encourage everyone to pray for Josh, his family, church, and all those involved in G3. God is faithful and merciful. His kingdom will not fail.
