(Revolver) Disney has finally been smacked in the face with a reality shovel, and it’s gonna leave a mark. After years of shoving woke “girl boss” nonsense down everyone’s collective throats, the Mouse House is bleeding money and credibility like a raging river. The numbers don’t lie. Their Snow White disaster cost over $400 million to produce and market but barely scraped $143 million at the box office, putting them in the hole by well over $100 million. But the flops don’t stop there….
The animated dud Wish was a $130 million dollar debacle. And let’s not forget the epic belly flop of The Marvels, which lost around $237 million and became the lowest-grossing Marvel franchise film in history.
Probably not the type of milestone they wanted to set, right? But here we are.
And there’s a heck of a lot more bad news for Disney.
