“While Bickle has ‘only’ admitted to sexually inappropriate behaviors with two separate adults, two minors have alleged they were victims as well of sexual abuse…”
(Protestia) The founder and disgraced former leader of the International House of Prayer, Mike Bickle, is setting the stage to return to ministry, even after an independent investigation found that the charismatic leader sexually abused or harassed at least seventeen women during his tenure there.
Grandview Fellowship is a church that was formed in the aftermath of the expulsion of Bickle following revelations of sexual and spiritual predation. On the weekend, they sent out an email to Bickle supporters, calling for a week of prayer and fasting for his “heaven-ordained destiny” while categorizing the opposition and ousting of Bickle as an attack against the Lord’s anointed.
