Hell is Unending Judgment

24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcasses of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched, and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh. Isaiah 66:24 (1599 Geneva Bible)

The reason I am posting this tonight is that I watched a video today about the author of the novel “The Shack” who has written a sequel titled “Return to the Shack.” I won’t go into all of the heretical things about “The Shack” here, but I will say that it is one of the most heretical books supposedly about Christianity that there is. It is based entirely in Christian Universalism and Anti-Trinitarianism. The main theme of “The Shack” is that God’s love over rules any concept of there being the eternal judgment of Hell that is clearly taught in Scripture. They have remained in their sins because they have clung to their sins and rejected God as their Sovereign Lord. Our Lord Jesus quoted this passage in Mark 9. <Continue reading post>
