Standing Shoulder to Shoulder

“When we follow leaders who we think of as followers of God, yet they serve the crowd, their fleshly desires, or selfish ambition, we reap the consequences of their sin. God sometimes punishes nations even for the decisions of their kings and he will certainly punish Churches for following the example of unqualified leaders.”

(Jon Harris) We are in the midst of a growing discernment crisis in evangelical circles. Maintaining doctrinal fidelity and virtuous standards is threatened by increasing pressure to forge compromising ecclesiastical and political alliances.
