(Disrn) World-renowned Christian apologist and bestselling author Ravi Zacharias revealed on Thursday evening that he has been diagnosed with “a very rare cancer called Sarcoma” and has asked for prayer for relief from “horrific” pain.
Zacharias said that as he was recovering from a recent back surgery he has been experiencing terrible pain at night which has kept him from sleeping….
The cause of the pain turned out to be a malignant tumor on his sacrum, the bony structure that is located at the base of the lumbar vertebrae and is connected to the pelvis.
He he has been meeting with specialists to determine his next course of action.
