Starting at the 20 minutes mark, Sam Allberry expounds on the absolute necessity of the rebirth, of being born again. It is bizarre indeed to hear these men, one being a man who identifies as a homosexual ”Christian” and the other three men giving hearty approval of this homosexual “Christian,” instructing the Lord’s church on what it means to be born from above. Even going so far as to quote the prophet Ezekiel:
25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. 26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.
It never seems to occur to anyone on this panel that the other-worldly and supernatural transformation they appear to be so passionately proclaiming does not leave a man in his sin, with an unchanged heart overtaken by perverted passions. The profound text of John Chapter 3 clarifies the supernatural change, while the Prophet Ezekiel promises a new heart with new desires! But they miss it entirely; How can that be? But this is the cleverness of the movement to gain full acceptance of homosexuality inside the Christian church – and the foolish, undiscerning pastors and leaders are none-the-wiser. Reject this powerless gospel! Reject it and warn others.
