His goal is to remove the power of the Gospel by stripping it of its key truths.” Evangelicalism has been assimilated into the world because of it.

Syncretism has always been an ever-present danger for God’s people everywhere, and it poses a serious challenge to the fulfillment the Great Commission. Christians today must take this danger very seriously. If they do, they will faithfully “contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints” (Jude 3), even if they don’t remember the word syncretism.
