(The Dissenter) Men like David Platt—who spend the majority of their time in ivory towers barking commands at the rest of the Church to “stop being racist” while urging them to give up their own “positions of power” to people of color—have a really hard time wrapping their heads around why the common person is fed up with the woke movement and want nothing to do with it. Growing increasingly frustrated as David Platt himself pushes cultural Marxism from his own pulpit, it doesn’t dawn on Platt that these people are simply fed up with the unbiblical nonsense.
Yet, at least we can say that David Platt is living up to his own advice as he has announced that he is stepping down from his role as lead pastor and handing the reins over to his associate pastor, Mike Kelsey in a vote held on Sunday, September 24, 2023. Here’s the clip.
