Children as young as 9 are being victimized, and the technology is evolving every day.

Article X focuses on safeguarding our most precious resource — our children.
Protection of Children’s Intellectual and Moral Development — demands that AI systems that interact with or influence children meet heightened standards. It requires long-term developmental impact assessments, prioritizes critical thinking over manipulation, protects parental authority, and insists AI must never replace healthy human relationships or distort a child’s understanding of reality.
This isn’t just theory. It’s a clear blueprint and proposal for preventing AI from becoming a tool that harms the most vulnerable among us — before more children pay the price.
As Jesus warned:
“But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and [that] he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” — Matthew 18:6
Our children deserve better than unregulated, misaligned AI, and parents need help dealing with it. This framework is a guide that goes well beyond President Trump’s recent Executive Order.
