I have always used this ministry to stand against compromise of the Gospel and all that goes with it just as Charles Spurgeon did in the late 19th Century during the Down Grade Controversy. This stand has never been popular with the majority of professing Christians. That’s fine, I don’t do this in order make the majority of professing Christians like me or to make them feel good about what they are doing in their local churches or to continue to follow certain Christian leaders who claim to be solid in doctrine while actually ministering on the side in ways that, if made public, would ruin their reputations and cause them to lose not only followers, but who knows how much money.
