Disguised as “politically-neutral,” The Gospel Coalition knows that in order to move the Evangelical voting bloc to the left, they must downplay the importance of conservative ideology — since the vast majority of Evangelicals are traditionally conservative — and give the impression that politics really “don’t matter that much.”
