(OAN) President Trump and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) announced an untraditional way to combat the growing border crisis under the Biden administration. The pair are teaming up to address the surge of migrants flooding the U.S. southern border.
During an appearance on the conservative podcast “Ruthless” on Tuesday, Abbott said he will use crowdfunding to raise money for the cause and will accept donations from anywhere in the world.
Last week, Abbott announced he would be building a border wall after the Biden administration halted Trump-era construction projects. He has already launched a task force and allocated $1 billion for border security. The Texas governor assured he is committed to keeping everyone involved in the loop as he moves ahead with his plan.
