On Eve of Election, Americans Should Take Voter Fraud Seriously

According to Jason Snead of The Daily Signal, many liberals “insist–loudly and often–that voter fraud is a  myth. They are flat wrong, as The Heritage Foundation’s voter fraud database proves.” The fact is, “few states have the tools in place to detect fraud, before or after it occurs.”  Snead writes:

It’s only a day before the election. Millions of Americans are putting the stamps on their absentee ballots; millions more are preparing to take their (highly discouraged and possibly illegal) ballot box selfies. The rest of us will don “I voted” stickers and settle in for what promises to be a long night of breaking news in elections across the country.

But some can’t take the suspense and would prefer to have a “sure thing.” Elections are the path to power in our political system, and for these fraudsters, the will of the people is far too fickle a thing to rely upon when it comes to furthering their careers and their causes.

The Risks of Recreational Weed

According to Healthzette:

MarijuanaThe stakes on Nov. 8 couldn’t be higher.

Proponents of legalization measures on the ballot in nine states have spent millions on ads and awareness campaigns. These ads and campaigns tout the benefits of recreational use — and the seemingly few risks to individuals and communities as a whole.

Elon Musk: Robots will take your jobs, government will have to pay your wage

CNBC reports:

RobotComputers, intelligent machines, and robots seem like the workforce of the future. And as more and more jobs are replaced by technology, people will have less work to do and ultimately will be sustained by payments from the government, predicts Elon Musk, the iconic Silicon Valley futurist who is the founder and CEO of SolarCity, Tesla, and SpaceX.

According to Musk, there really won’t be any other options.

“There is a pretty good chance we end up with a universal basic income, or something like that, due to automation,” says Musk to CNBC. “Yeah, I am not sure what else one would do. I think that is what would happen.”

WikiLeaks: Clinton Campaign Chair Participated in Occult Magic

According to Edmund Kozak of Polizette, WikiLeaks emails reveal “Podesta attended ‘Spirit Cooking’ event that has been described as Satanic.” What exactly is Spirit Cooking?  Brace yourself.  “The origins of Spirit Cooking can be found in Cake of Light, a sacrament in the religion of Thelema which was founded by Aleister Crowley. The ingredients of the Cake of Light include honey, oil, menstrual blood and sperm.” (Source)  To learn more about the world of the occult see Berean Research’s White Paper.

Following is Kozak’s report:

john-podestaJohn Podesta and others in Hillary Clinton’s inner circle may actively participate in bizarre occult rituals, according to an astonishing email released by WikiLeaks in October.

While powerful political insiders partaking in ceremonies that have been described as Satanic may seem like something that could exist only in a Dennis Wheatley novel, a June 2015 conversation between Podesta and famed performance artist and occultist Marina Abramović proves such scenarios are chillingly real.

Grassley Asks Justice Department IG to Investigate the Investigators in Clinton Email Probe

According to CNSNews:

magnifying-glassSen. Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, is asking the Justice Department’s inspector general to examine whether “high-ranking” DOJ and FBI officials “compromised the public trust in the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s unauthorized use of a private email server as Secretary of State and potential mishandling of classified material.”

Several of those high-ranking officials had previous ties to the Clintons, he said.

Moreover:

Grassley named Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who met privately with former president Bill Clinton at a Phoenix airport in July, just days before the FBI announced it would not recommend the prosecution of Hillary Clinton. Grassley said Lynch’s meeting with Clinton “creates the appearance of a conflict,” given that she was appointed to the role of U.S. Attorney by then-President Bill Clinton and she was a partner at a law firm that represented both Bill and Hillary Clinton in their official government capacities.

Leading Physician Confirms Unborn Children Feel Excruciating Pain During Late-Term Abortions

LifeNews reports:

Baby in the wombThe U.S. Senate heard from medical experts on Tuesday about the scientific evidence that unborn babies can feel pain at 20 weeks or earlier.

The Senate is considering a piece of legislation named the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would ban abortions after 20 weeks when scientific evidence shows unborn babies can feel pain.

While abortion activists say unborn babies can’t feel pain until later in pregnancy, a leading U.S. neonatologist testified that a majority of the medical evidence indicates that unborn babies can feel severe pain at 20 weeks or earlier, according to the Catholic News Agency.

Dr. Colleen A. Malloy, a professor of neonatology at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, told the Senate committee that “anesthesiologists, and surgeons use pain medication” at the 20 week stage, “because it’s supported by the literature completely.”

“Kept me out of jail”: Top DOJ official involved in Clinton probe represented her campaign chairman

According to Fox News:

john-podestaThe Justice Department official in charge of informing Congress about the newly reactivated Hillary Clinton email probe is a political appointee and former private-practice lawyer who kept Clinton Campaign Chairman John Podesta “out of jail,” lobbied for a tax cheat later pardoned by President Bill Clinton and led the effort to confirm Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Peter Kadzik, who was confirmed as assistant attorney general for legislative affairs in June 2014, represented Podesta in 1998 when independent counsel Kenneth Starr was investigating Podesta for his possible role in helping ex-Bill Clinton intern and mistress Monica Lewinsky land a job at the United Nations.

“Fantastic lawyer. Kept me out of jail,” Podesta wrote on Sept. 8, 2008 to Obama aide Cassandra Butts, according to emails hacked from Podesta’s Gmail account and posted by WikiLeaks.

University of Toronto Students Disrupt Speech of Professor Refusing to Use “Transgender” Pronouns

Christian News Network reports:

silenced-3A rally speech by a professor at the University of Toronto who refuses to use politically correct pronouns in addressing those with gender dysphoria was recently disrupted by upset students. Jordan Peterson, a professor of psychology at the university, opposes the proposed Canadian bill C-16, which adds “gender identity and gender expression to the list of prohibited grounds of discrimination.” Those who violate the law by discriminating against a transgendered person or using speech that is deemed to “incite hatred” against the person might face up to two years behind bars.

Peterson refers to similar laws already passed in New York City, which include a prohibition on “[i]ntentionally failing to use an individual’s preferred name, pronoun or title,” such as “repeatedly calling a transgender woman ‘him’ or ‘Mr.’ when she has made it clear that she prefers female pronouns and a female title.”

45% say emails worse than Watergate, 61% fear probe to drag into White House

According to Washington Examiner:

The specter of a drawn-out, Nixon-like investigation is clouding Democrat Hillary Clinton‘s race for the presidency with a new poll showing nearly half equating the email scandal to Watergate and even more worried that the FBI probe will drag on into her presidency.

While polls out Monday morning do not show a big swing away from Clinton to Republican Donald Trump, they do show renewed concerns about the revived investigation into her email server due to thousands of previously unknown emails found on the computer of former Rep. Anthony Weiner, the estranged husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

While unlike Watergate, which eventually led to former President Richard Nixon’s resignation, a Morning Consult poll asked voters to compare the 1970s-era affair to the email controversy and 45 percent said the Clinton email scandal is “worse than the Watergate scandal.”  View article →

Speaking of the Watergate scandal, see also Timm Amundson’s piece “If the Media Investigated Hillary Like They Did Watergate, We Wouldn’t Need WikiLeaks” penned prior to the FBI’s announcement that it was going to re-open the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s personal email server. Amundson writes: “Today, mainstream publications have become willing accomplices in suppressing the same type of information they worked so tenaciously to expose all those years ago.”

U.S. Supreme Court Agrees to Decide Whether Govt. Can Require School to Let Girl in Boys’ Restroom

Christian News Network reports:

transgender-bathroom-2

The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a Virginia school board’s appeal of a ruling siding with the Obama administration’s demand that it allow a female student who identifies as male to use the boys’ restroom. The decision will affect public schools nationwide.

The eight justices said on Friday that the case will be heard and decided in 2017. It will be one of the most major decisions of the year.

The appeal will be limited to the following two questions from the school board’s petition to the court: “[S]hould deference extend to an unpublished agency letter that, among other things, does not carry the force of law and was adopted in the context of the very dispute in which deference is sought?” and “With or without deference to the agency, should the Department’s specific interpretation of Title IX and 34 C.F.R. § 106.33 be given effect?”

Christian News Network reports:

oprah-and-td-jakesTalk show host Oprah Winfrey recently appeared on the “T.D. Jakes Show,” where she urged viewers to vote for Hillary Clinton, stating that “you don’t have to like her” to vote for her. During the broadcast, Jakes, leader of the Potter’s House megachurch in Dallas, Texas, asked Winfrey how the country can be unified rather than divided. “We have focused so much on what divides us, rather than what unites us,” he said. “You brought all types of people together that normally would not be. How are we going to get that back in this country?”

Winfrey replied by praising Jakes for his television program on the OWN Network, opining that there is no platform for “public discourse” about the issues. She also divulged why she hasn’t been outspoken herself.

From porkies to whoppers: over time lies may desensitise brain to dishonesty

According to The Guardian, a new study indicates that even telling a white lie can desensitize the brain to dishonesty and that lying “gradually feels more comfortable over time.”

PinocchioAmerican fraudster Frank Abagnale, played by Leonardo DiCaprio in the filmCatch Me If You Can, started out swindling his father out of small change for date money and ended up impersonating an airline pilot, despite the admission that he “couldn’t fly a kite”.

Now scientists have uncovered an explanation for why telling a few porkies has the tendency to spiral out of control. The study suggests that telling small, insignificant lies desensitises the brain to dishonesty, meaning that lying gradually feels more comfortable over time.

Christian Bakery Loses Appeal over “Gay Cake” Discrimination Conviction

Breitbart reports:

bert-and-ernie

Sesame Street Muppets Bert & Ernie

The Christian owners of Ashers Baking Company have lost their appeal to overturn a conviction which found them guilty of discrimination for refusing to make a cake bearing a slogan which promoted gay marriage. The Court of Appeal in Belfast upheld the previous judgement, filed last year, which found that the company had discriminated against local gay rights activist Gareth Lee by failing to provide a cake bearing a picture of Bert and Ernie with the slogan “support gay marriage”. The initial judgement ordered them to pay £500 in compensation to Mr. Lee.

The owners, Daniel and Amy MacArthur, said that they were happy to serve Mr. Lee, but felt unable to make a cake endorsing a message they did not agree with. They, therefore, argued that they had not discriminated against Mr. Lee, but had merely declined to support his cause.

The largest Catholic university in the U.S. prevented an on-campus organization from displaying a pro-life poster, suggesting that the message was “provocative” and “hurtful.”

DePaul University is a private university in Chicago, founded in 1898. Although the university celebrates its “Catholic character” in its mission statement and seeks to foster the Catholic faith on campus, the school is being criticized for refusing to allow an organization to display a pro-life poster.

Earlier this month, the DePaul College Republicans requested permission to display on campus a poster bearing the phrase “Unborn Lives Matter.” Campus officials declined their request, saying the pro-life sign would have to be redesigned before it could be displayed.

Risk of “Mass Exodus” of Doctors from Medicare

LifeZette reports:

doctor-medicareIn what may be the most significant modification to Medicare since the program began in 1966, on Oct. 15, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released the final rule for implementing the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA). It dramatically changes how Medicare pays doctors for their services.

Does it really matter how doctors get paid? Yes — the success or failure of the new payment system will profoundly influence the future of the U.S. health care system. And while the goals of MACRA are laudable, its implementation carries a number of unknowns and the potential for unintended consequences — for patients and doctors alike.

Nearly 13,000 Fully Developed Babies Aborted Each Year

According to Breitbart:

Baby kickingThe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says nearly 13,000 fully developed babies who could survive outside the womb are aborted annually. And – contrary to the false claims made by Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton during Wednesday evening’s debate – few, if any, of those abortions occurred because of the “life and health of the mother” or “something terrible” being discovered about the pregnancy.

In late 2011, the CDC published a report that observed 1.3 percent of abortions were performed at 21 weeks gestation and later.

“With nearly one million abortions annually in the U.S., abortionists are killing close to 13,000 children every year who are often fully developed and can survive outside the womb,” Lila Rose, president of Live Action, notes. “While the abortion industry claims that late-term abortions are an insignificant number of abortions and they’re only done because of a disability the baby has or to protect the life of the mother, the evidence says just the opposite.”
