“Mormonism and Christianity might share some superficial similarities in language and values, the theological chasms between them are vast and unbridgeable and Mormonism is a damnable heresy.” The Dissenter
(Protestia) During his show yesterday, prominent conservative radio host Glenn Beck, who is a member of the Mormon Christian cult, explained to Dream City Church pastor Josh McPherson that evangelical Charlie Kirk and the LDS prophet Joseph Smith were the only people he considered “Christian martyrs” in American history:
McPherson: “Charlie’s political theory was anchored in biblical theology, and he, like, no one I’ve ever met had the ability to connect those dots in all of life. And so, as I’ve been talking with those guys all this long, they didn’t kill Charlie because he was a big personality…. Continue reading
I. REGENERATION
(The Patriot Post’s Friday: Below the Fold)
“She was with Turning Point USA when she started out and they were friends after she left. However, they operated independently in their own spheres. Her claim that he was her “best friend” and like her “brother” is not totally accurate.”
“This whole lie is at the crux of the ongoing debate about Robinson, since he is, according to authorities, in a romantic relationship with a man who identifies as a woman. That does, in fact, make him homosexual, because no matter how much cross-dressing or how many hormones and surgeries Robinson’s former partner utilizes, he will still always be a biological male.
“If a General Milley (“now I realize he’s a total fascist”) or a General Kelly (“certainly falls into the general definition of fascist, for sure”) calls a current or ex-president a fascist, and presidential candidate Kamala Harris agrees (“a president…who admires dictators and is a fascist”), then does an unhinged 22-year-old “anti-fascist” college student feel the popular culture might approve of his own efforts in dealing with “fascist” Trump supporters?”
“For Christians, this is the world we are going to have to live in. The cost of proclaiming Christ, a biblical worldview, and biblical sexual ethics is going up. The cost of saying “Jesus is Lord” is going up.”
This is a sickness akin to the pathetic women who strike up “romances” with convicted, incarcerated murderers by becoming pen pals with them. Sometimes the happy couple ends up having a prison wedding. There’s something fundamentally broken in these women, just like there is in the enemy of the people ABC “journalist” who found Tyler Robinson’s explanation for murdering Charlie Kirk “touching.”
(Matt Vespa – Townhall) Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was assassinated on September 10 at Utah Valley University in Orem. His suspected assassin, Tyler Robinson, a devoted leftist who engraved ‘Hey Fascist, catch’ on the ammunition, was apprehended two days later in St. George, some 250 miles from the scene of the crime. He is not cooperating with the police, invoking his Fifth Amendment rights.
…[Stephen] Miller said Kirk’s final message to him emphasized the need to confront radical organizations that “foment violence.” Miller vowed that any response would be carried out “in Charlie’s name.”
“We must be careful not to treat him as a Christian martyr in the biblical sense. Charlie died as a political martyr—targeted for his conservative message, yes—but he was not killed for refusing to deny Christ.”
“A person watching this episode sees Goliath harming David, but God in his Word keeps David from all harm. The House of David version changes the arc of the David vs. Goliath story.”
“A lot of concerned people are sending me these screenshots (and dozens more). I appreciate their concern. But I’m not surprised and I won’t be going into hiding. We have to be louder and bolder now than ever. Or else the demons who killed Charlie win. And they cannot win.”
“This situation highlights broader concerns on the right about rising political violence, particularly toward conservative figures. Whether motivated by ideology, personal instability, or a mix of both, the murder of Kirk is already fueling calls for a serious look into the social radicalization that appears to be intensifying among certain fringe elements.”
“We’re in the civil war. It’s not coming — it’s here. And it’s one-sided. The left is killing the right. The left is silencing the right. People are terrified to even speak their views in public, afraid of being attacked. It’s a one-way civil war.”
“Some on the left may be so desperate to believe the narrative that they’ve convinced themselves it’s real. But most know better. They spread it anyway because it serves their political agenda. This is deliberate misinformation, poisoning public discourse right before our eyes.”
“They should all know this: If you thought that my husband’s mission was powerful before, you have no idea. You have no idea what you just have unleashed across this entire country and this world. You have no idea.”
