(Breitbart) The defense team for 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse has once again requested Judge Bruce Schroeder declare a mistrial with prejudice, arguing the prosecution withheld video evidence “at the center of their case.”
During the prosecution’s closing arguments on Monday, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger showed members of the jury high-definition drone video footage of the incident wherein Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum in an attempt to demonstrate that Rittenhouse was allegedly “pointing his gun” at people to provoke the encounter. The government claims the diary of the president’s daughter, Ashley Biden, was stolen and in possession of James O’Keefe, founder of Project Veritas. According to PJ Media reporter Victoria Taft, “the diary reportedly contains down, dirty, and disgusting secrets about the Biden family.” O’Keefe never published the diary. According to Taft, “O’Keefe and Project Veritas have been in negotiations with the Justice Department about the diary and its provenance since last year.” Yet the FBI raided his home in the wee hours of the morning, hand cuffed him, and took his phone and other personal property. They went in circles again about the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Dr. Fauci repeatedly used weasel words to avoid admitting that the research conducted in 2015 fits the definition of gain-of-function.
