“As Christians, our primary allegiance is to God and His Word, regardless of how countercultural or unpopular that may be. The Scriptures are not mere optional extras or decorative embellishments to the Christian faith, but its vital heartbeat, the only means by which we know and love Christ.”
(The Dissenter) In the vast and varied expanse of the religious landscape, a disquieting trend has emerged in the Evangelical world: an unsettling departure from the bedrock of their faith, the Scriptures. Through the lens of this unsettling narrative, Andy Stanley, a renowned evangelical pastor, emerges as a notable example. Known for his controversial ideas, Stanley propounds teachings that send tremors across the theological divide, implying a shift away from scriptural fidelity. Continue reading
“Watch this brief video that explains how the “demoralization stage will leave Americans not believing reality (such as a man can be a woman) — and how successful the Soviets were at the time of this interview, which was roughly 1984. He then explains the next three steps. It’s the most important video you may ever watch.”
“All these implosions are not just shocking but surreal. Why are our government, corporations, and popular culture colluding in mass suicide — to the delight of our enemies like Communist China?”
(The Dissenter) Earlier this year, The Dissenter reported on the expulsion of Pastors Chase Davis and Matt Patrick from the Acts 29 Network exposing a critical juncture in the Network’s trajectory, one that warranted a close examination. As we reported earlier this year, Davis and Patrick
“Once the LGBTQSIGH movement went all squeaky wheel, the Dodgers folded like a cheap suit. The organization not only reinstated the tribute to the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, but they also apologized!”
“Daigle views the church as the villain in this story for demanding orthopraxis. She views the rebellious son as a victim who is rejected by the church for being a homosexual.”
(Protestia) Retail giant Target is about to get an elbow to the head, financially speaking, as conservative and Christian consumers have rallied to strongly oppose the store’s LGBTQ-themed children’s apparel, books, and accessories.
“Thanks to a new stunning revelation, things are getting really interesting. In a recent eye-opening tweet by Tucker’s autobiographer, Chadwick Moore, he revealed that Tucker’s monologue for April 24th was written in response to Ray Epps’ 60 Minutes interview and delved deeper into the January 6th farce.”
(The Dissenter) Treading carefully not to seem as though we revel in the death of another human being—we don’t—we do feel as though enough time has passed to pour water on the fire surrounding the idolatry of a man who was ashamed of the gospel. Tim Keller was an influential pastor and author, but he was also a divisive figure who dramatically overstepped the bounds of traditional biblical teaching. His ministry, centered at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City, was characterized by a troubling emphasis on social justice, a concept deeply entangled with contemporary political ideologies and far removed from the true Gospel message.
(Marsha West – Christian Research Network) Christianity holds to the view that prayer is of the leading of the Holy Spirit. Octavius Winslow put it in these words:
Your Honor, the election was unlawful,” Olsen told the judge. “[Arizona statute] 16-550 was not complied with. Defendants don’t dispute our expert. They don’t dispute the evidence.”
7 What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? May it never be! Rather, I would not have come to know sin except through the Law. For I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said, “YOU SHALL NOT COVET.” 8 But sin, taking opportunity through the commandment, worked out in me coveting of every kind. For apart from the Law sin is dead. 9 Now I was once alive apart from the Law, but when the commandment came, sin revived and I died; 10 and this commandment, which was to lead to life, was found to lead to death for me. 11 For sin, taking an opportunity through the commandment, deceived me and through it killed me. 12 So, the Law is holy, and the commandment is holy and righteous and good… Romans 7:7-24 (LSB) Read verses 13-24 on the site.

“Taking the Fox attorney at his word, what about the leaks of behind-the-scenes footage? Those leaks had to come from someone at Fox. Are they investigating, or was Irena the one who did it and will now stop?”

“In the great scheme of lying things, George Santos is a prevaricating minnow who was snagged to great acclaim because the lying sharks swim and circle with impunity.”
Churches were starting to fill up, but the numbers were not from those who were interested in the truth of God’s Word, but rather for amusement and entertainment. Yes, the numbers soared, but so did the problems. The churches were being filled with the world because the church was behaving just like the world!

“Schiff lied to the American people. He used his position on House Intel to push a lie that cost American taxpayers millions of dollars,” Luna tweeted from her congressional account. “He is a dishonor to the House of Representatives.”
“Senator Schumer threatened Fox News publicly and who knows what went on in private. Tucker was silenced. He had a week’s worth of video and showed very little after that Monday.”
Considering that each one of those cases is a life-altering tragedy for the victim and his family, it’s inexcusable for pot pushers to keep telling young people the stuff is “harmless.”
