The dirty wars behind Obamagate

“The media knew that the Obama administration helped to produce the humanitarian disasters in the Middle East. They ran a few stories about CIA arms shipments to terrorists in the region through countries like Saudi Arabia and Qatar, but did not highlight the criminal nature of the policy. And when Flynn got into a position of power and was able to do something about exposing these dirty wars, he became the target. They used Russia as the pretext to go after him.”

(Cliff Kincaid – Renew America)  “Obamagate” is the name being given to Barack Hussein Obama’s role in the Michael Flynn case, in which Flynn was framed for wrongdoing then cleared by Trump’s Attorney General William Barr. But why was Flynn targeted? Continue reading

Marching orders for the Green New Deal

“Clearly the international forces see the COVID-19 pandemic as the starter’s gun to launch the final effort to put the anti-free enterprise, anti-private property, anti-freedom Green New Deal agenda over the finish line.”

(Tom DeWeese – Renew America) A couple of weeks ago, I was one of the very first to sound the alarm that the Green New Deal forces were planning to use the Coronavirus pandemic to ram through their radical totalitarian agenda.

Over the past two weeks I’ve watched that scheme grow around the world at an alarming rate. Continue reading

We Were Created to Work and Worship, Not Isolate

“You can find alcohol, pornography, or marijuana, but can you find a prayer meeting? And what’s wrong with this picture? Abortion businesses have also stayed open – because in our “civilized” society, those in power determined it is essential to have access to murder your unwanted offspring. But the right to freely and peacefully assemble with those we love in the comfort of our churches is denied.”

(David Fiorazo)  It’s been well established that work and human interaction is vital to our overall health. But who saw this coming?… Continue reading

SHOCK: Wisconsin Supreme Court ‘NUKED the Lockdowns,’ Businesses Can Reopen

“We do not conclude that Palm was without any power to act in the face of this pandemic. However, Palm must follow the law that is applicable to state-wide emergencies.” By refusing to do so, she impinged upon the Legislature’s constitutional core power and its functions.” Under Palm’s interpretation, “an elected official could create law applicable to all people during the course of COVID-19 and subject people to imprisonment when they disobeyed her order.”

(Tyler O’Neil – PJ Media)  On Wednesday, the Wisconsin Supreme Court struck down a stay-at-home order issued by Department of Health Services Secretary-designate Andrea Palm in order to slow the spread of the coronavirus…. Continue reading

Christ is God and Man

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1 (NASB)  14 And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14 (NASB)

If we listen to some today it is as if the Incarnation of Christ was to show Man how to live in such a way that there would be no war, no hunger, no sickness and that the Earth be recovered back to the pristine state of Creation. Was this His mission? Continue reading

Biblical infidelity in top evangelical institutions, leaders

“The Gospel — whether found in the Old Testament or New — is the only power we have. Even if some leaders walk away from it, we dare not follow them. Standing for Truth requires standing on Truth.”

(Frank Wright)  When serving as president of the National Religious Broadcasters, my greatest concern for Christian broadcasters was not the emerging climate of censorship or even abusive hate-crimes laws. I worried about timid, selfcensorship among Christian leaders. Continue reading

The Politicized Order Inviting Amicus Briefs against the Flynn Case’s Dismissal

“Lest we forget, the primary function of the federal judiciary is to protect the accused from overbearing government action, not to agitate for the prosecution of Americans. Even if he’s convinced Flynn is as guilty as the day is long, one might expect Judge Sullivan to be disturbed by the FBI’s perjury trap, by its editing of and misrepresentations about the “302 report” of Flynn’s interview.”

(Andrew C. McCarthy – National Review)  Late Tuesday, federal district judge Emmet Sullivan issued a bizarre order, inviting third-party groups with no legal interests in the case to file amicus briefs addressing the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss the false-statements charge against Michael Flynn, President Trump’s former national-security adviser. Continue reading

The Peculiar World of Dr. Fauci

“Absent a moral framework, the left operates on the medical modal. Dissenters are held to be afflicted with “homophobia,” “Islamophobia” and “xenophobia,” as Joe Biden charged Trump when he shut down travel from China on January 31. Two days before, Trump made Dr. Anthony Fauci part of his coronavirus task force. A federal bureaucrat for 36 years, Fauci came wrapped in the white coat of medical science but with no claim to infallibility.”

(Lloyd Billingsley – Frontpage Magazine)  “This will be one of the first opportunities for Dr. Fauci to tell the American people the unvarnished truth without the president lurking over his shoulder,” Sen. Charles Schumer said Monday…. Continue reading

35 Key People Involved In The Russia Hoax Who Need To Be Investigated

“So there’s a few people on the Democrats’ list who should be investigated, but not for the reasons Democrats say. Some should also be charged with crimes.”

(Willis L. Krumholz – The Federalist)  Funny how things change. The Washington Post couldn’t say a nice thing about congressional Republican efforts to investigate the Obama administration and FBI shenanigans that occurred before and after the 2016 election. That’s if they even covered these efforts at all. Continue reading

The Excellency of Christ’s Humanity

17 If you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay on earth; 18 knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, 19 but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. 1 Peter 1:17-19 (NASB)

Several years ago when I took my first Evangelism Explosion class, our instructor emphasized over and over again that our Lord was both fully God and fully Man. Why is it important that we grasp this about our Lord?… Continue reading

‘How Can the Church Not Be Essential?’ Ask Calif. Pastors, Announce Intention to Resume In-Person Services May 31

“Our church made 10,000 masks for doctors. We made gowns. We made all sorts of things when there was an enormous shortage. Our church came together to provide electronic devices for seniors who are isolated, who haven’t seen their family members in six weeks. … [The governor is] not concerned about that, but suddenly when we want to gather to pray or to worship, he [won’t allow it]. To me, that’s hypocritical,”

(Heather Clark – Christian News)  A coalition of churches in California have announced their intention to resume in-person services on May 31, regardless of whether the government expressly gives the green light or not, and with social distancing and other protective measures in place. How can NBC not suspend Chuck Todd?

“There is no one with a functioning brain that thinks the decision to end Barr’s statement mid-thought was done without any knowledge of what he went on to say. To insult people’s intelligence like that betrays NBC has no intention of taking this seriously.”

(Peter Heck – Disrn) The power of selective video editing is real and profound. Whether simple maneuvers like eliminating the inclusion of surrounding context, or more complex manipulations involving cutting, splicing, and merging, the ability of media to create a false narrative or misrepresent reality has never been so formidable. Grenell declassifies names of Obama officials who ‘unmasked’ Flynn

In court documents filed last week, the Justice Department said that after reviewing newly disclosed information and other materials, it agreed with Flynn’s lawyers that his Jan. 24, 2017 interview with the FBI should never have taken place because he had not had inappropriate contacts with Russians. The interview, the department said, was “conducted without any legitimate investigative basis.”

(Edmund DeMarche, Brooke Singman – Fox News) Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell has decided to declassify information about Obama administration officials who were behind the “unmasking” of Michael Flynn — whose calls with the former Russian ambassador during the presidential transition were picked up in surveillance and later leaked — and their names could soon be made public, a source confirmed. The Excellency of Christ’s Deity

14 And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14 (NASB)

All genuine Christians are involved in some form of spiritual conflict. They are tempted to doubt their salvation because their assurance is under attack or they are being tempted to turn aside for some fleshly “diversion” or they are tempted to compromise in some fashion in a way that would be an act against conscience, et cetera. Some reading this have contacted me for prayer because of family or health issues…. Continue reading

Obama, Biden Oval Office Meeting On January 5 Was Key To Entire Anti-Trump Operation

“An analysis of the timeline from early 2017 shows a clear pattern of behavior from the federal officials running the collusion operation against the Trump campaign. It also shows how essential media leaks were to their strategy to sideline key law enforcement and intelligence officials and cripple the ability of the incoming Trump administration to run the country.”

(Mollie Hemingway – The Federalist) Information released in the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss the case it brought against Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn confirms the significance of a January 5, 2017, meeting at the Obama White House…. Continue reading

Dr. Birx: ‘There is nothing from the CDC that I can trust’

“Contrary to data from Johns Hopkins, which shows daily coronavirus deaths in the U.S. staying steady at 2,000 per day for several weeks, mortality is slowing declining each day.” The U.S had 1,687 confirmed deaths on Friday, and 1,422 on Saturday.

(Amy Johnston – LifeZette)  White House Coronavirus Task Force response coordinator Dr. Deborah Birx blasted the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in a coronavirus task force meeting recently during a discussion on COVID-19 data, according to The Washington Post. Continue reading

‘Plandemic’ – What Happens When Conspiracy Theories Go Viral?

“The unfortunate fact is that there is little we can do in the short-term to fight such conspiracy theories. No single article, medical study, or meme exists which can reverse the foundational illogical reasoning which drives people to “know” that vaccines cause autism, that Jews control the world, or that 9/11 was an inside job. To truly believe in such conspiracy theories is to reject logic and reason, for which the only cure is logic and reason, leaving us with a paradoxical equation which is impossible to solve.”

(Ian Hayworth – Townhall)  As the coronavirus pandemic has spread across the globe, we have been suffering through a factual drought. Unprecedented events like these force us into uncharted territory, tearing us away from the comfort of instantaneously accessible information…. Continue reading

Pride and Humility

3 Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; 4 do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. Philippians 2:3-4 (NASB)

Our pride is insidious. When we are convicted of our prideful behaviour or thoughts it takes cover and transforms itself into false humility. We take pride in our humility or our service or our devotion. Pride is idolatry of self. When we are not humble our pride actually displaces God with self as our center. Christians are not immune from it. Continue reading

All That Believe are Justified

38 Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, 39 and through Him everyone who believes is freed from all things, from which you could not be freed through the Law of Moses. 40 Therefore take heed, so that the thing spoken of in the Prophets may not come upon you: 41 ‘Behold, you scoffers, and marvel, and perish; For I am accomplishing a work in your days, A work which you will never believe, though someone should describe it to you.’” Acts 13:38-41 (NASB)

We have been looking at Christian faithfulness vs. unfaithfulness  and the fruit of each. We have looked at the difference between Christian Externalism and Christian Internalism and what constitutes worship in Spirit and Truth…. Continue reading

God calls us to wisdom, not conspiracy theories

“Sharing these unfounded conspiracies as truth is not a morally neutral act in the same way that gossiping isn’t morally neutral. Gossip is sinful. What are conspiracy theories but gossip to the next degree? As Christians we should play no part in spreading gossip and lies, in ruining reputations without ensuring what we are sharing indeed is the truth.”

(Joseph Hamrick – Herald Banner) I have been reflecting on this verse in light of the sheer volume of conspiracy theories that have come across my Facebook newsfeed over the past few weeks. Continue reading

Ravi Zacharias shares grim cancer update: ‘No options for further treatment remain … they have done all they are able’

Ravi, Margie, and Naomi are returning from Houston and will remain at home in Atlanta, where our family can be together for whatever time the Lord gives us.

(Disrn) World-renowned Christian apologist and bestselling author Ravi Zacharias shared a sobering update on his cancer journey Friday evening, written by his daughter, which said, “this cancer is very rare in its aggression and that no options for further treatment remain. Medically speaking, they have done all they are able.” Continue reading

Southern Baptists Abandoning Social Justice Heresy For Heresy of Dominionism

“If the Southern Baptist Convention is anything, it isn’t coherent. And the denomination’s lack of any meaningful confession of faith and doctrinal standards leaves it open to being tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine (Ephesians 4:14) and never landing on anything to cohesively hold the denomination in place.”

(Jeff Maples – Reformation Charlotte)  For the last several years, the social justice movement has swept the Southern Baptist Convention and it’s tentacles reach every possible corner of nearly every single church in the entire denomination leaving a stain of intersectionality, feminism, and even in some cases, LGBTQ activism. Justification and Sin

David also speaks of the blessing of the one to whom God counts righteousness apart from works: ‘Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered; blessed is the man against whom the Lord will not count his sin. – Romans 4:6-8

Sola fide—faith alone—is sometimes called the “material cause” of the Reformation because the substance or material of the debate between the Protestant Reformers and the Roman church concerned the instrumental means of justification. The Reformers and their opponents both understood that we must be declared righteous to endure God’s judgment and enter into eternal life…. Continue reading

Those who insist that the Lord demands what is not in scripture have fallen foul of gnosticism

“If the fullness of God could dwell in human flesh, there can be nothing intrinsically evil about the flesh. In a wider sense, there is nothing intrinsically evil about material things because God is the one who created them for his creatures. And if God called his creation very good, and he created us to enjoy him forever in that very good creation, who are we to insist what the Lord has called good is something else altogether?”

The Gnosticism of Legalism by Stephen Kneale

When legalism rears its head, gnosticism is usually lurking around somewhere. There is a strong dualistic tendency that very often paints ‘spiritual’ things as good and ‘worldly’ things as bad…. Continue reading
