Appearing in part 1 is the phrase “low-information voter” (LIV) which is oft used by popular radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh. Rush suggests that those who make up this population set are individuals who vote for a candidate or important issue having little or in most cases zero knowledge about either. LIVs are highly opinionated even when they have no idea what they’re talking about.
Also included in part 1 was the following quote from C. Edmund Wright. I appreciate the way he expands on the LIV concept:
But forget low-information voters for just a minute; the malignancy that is really destroying this country is low-information people with high-profile power and/or influence. You know, people who would lobby for, comment on, advocate for, or vote on laws like ObamaCare without any understanding of its real-world impact. Such felonies are then carried out by low-information bureaucratic microbes with the power to destroy lives and businesses with impunity, and a political and talking-head class with the access and sway to codify these common malfeasances. His thoughts fit nicely with what I’ve come to believe about many leaders in the evangelical community. Specifically, a large number of them are uninformed people with high-profile power and/or influence. The LIVs Wright’s pointing a finger at are liberals. Likewise many of the evangelicals that came to mind for me are liberals but because liberal has a negative connotation they prefer “progressive Christian” or “social justice Christian.” Take your pick. And anyone who chooses not to toe the line, anyone who won’t buy into the “woke” narrative or dares voice their disagreement with the totalitarian Left finds themselves “cancelled” (smeared, maligned, demeaned). Americans are no longer surprised to hear that conservatives who are invited to speak at a college campus are shouted down and pelted with food and water bottles. Fearing for their lives, many of them are forced to flee when the opposition literally gets in their face, shouts obscenities and threatens bodily harm. Liberals are never interested in having a dialogue with those who disagree with them principally because this dialogue would only serve to highlight the ridiculous nature of their positions. Rather, they prefer to intimidate by using tactics that could at best be described as destructive and unhinged.
Sadly, thanks to our public education system, our younger generation is so lacking in critical thinking skills that if they get into a debate they know they cannot win, especially when it involves politics and religion, they resort to bullying and even violence as the world witnessed during the BLM “peaceful protests”. Portland Oregon, where riots—oops—peaceful protests went on nightly for several months will never be the same after the BLM/antifa targeted areas of that once beautiful thriving city for destruction. Let there be no doubt that Timothy Keller has leftist political and social justice leanings. The Gospel Coalition, which he co-founded with D.A. Carson, has become a theologically liberal organization and is drowning in wokeness. According to Toni Brown, who has reported extensively on Tim Keller: “Keller is a Darwinian evolutionist and you will find him regularly partnering with the BioLogos Foundation, which was organized for the sole purpose of replacing the biblical account of creation with Darwin’s theory of evolution inside the church. This heresy is being cleverly propagated onto the church as “theistic” evolution….” Moreover, Keller joined the pro-abortion, pro-LGBTQ Democratic Party backed group AND (&) Campaign which was formed to defeat Donald Trump in the 2020 election.

Some of our trusted evangelical “leaders” do not have the brain power of a gnat, let alone spiritual discernment. That evangelicals would fall for the promises of Democrats who have been shown that they cannot be trusted time and time again is beyond belief. Aborting viable human beings is what people who are devoid of a conscience do. Why? Because Roe v. Wade gave them that “right.” For most Democrats, killing womb babies is not considered wrong. It is an entitlement.
Apparently these “pro-life Democrats” failed to read the Democrat Party platform which states that they are committed to “safe and legal abortions.” This includes abortion up to birth, by the way. As well, Democrats state that they will “fight to overturn federal and state laws that create barriers to reproductive health and rights.” They are also committed to forcing Americans to fund this abomination. That these men were “used and betrayed” by Biden-Harris comes as no surprise to pro-life conservatives. Using voters as a means to an end is exactly what we’ve come to expect from the Democrat Party.
