I expect a similar exposition from the Republicans this week although President Trump may use his platform to scorch the earth. Mr. Trump is particularly angry these days over Covid destroying the economy, and the partisan press making his life miserable. So the President could give new meaning to the word “vent.” 
(Tyler O’Neil – PJ Media) In the name of Black Lives Matter, rioters shut down the streets in Kenosha, Wisc., setting trucks on fire, patrolling the streets with semi-automatic rifles, and ransacking nearby businesses. The riot followed the release of a viral video showing Kenosha police repeatedly shooting a black man who resisted arrest and reached into his truck. The man, identified as 29-year-old Jacob Blake, appears to have a violent history. Blake is in critical condition at a nearby hospital, according to police. 
(PNP) Pastor John MacArthur of Grace Community Church (GCC) has received a phone from President Donald Trump in the midst of his fight to stay open for services, with the President thanking Dr. MacArthur for taking a stand as the two of them discussed the unbiblical notion of Christians voting for Democrats.

More than 200 miscreants have been charged with federal crimes and more than 1,000 arrests have been made in major cities since the DOJ launched Operation Legend in July, U.S. Attorney General William Barr said on Wednesday. Barr also noted over 400 firearms have been seized by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Yeah, those “peaceful protesters” seem to have had lots of firepower. 
(PNP) Los Angeles County is deadly serious about bringing John MacArthur’s Grace Community Church to the knee, moving to hold the California megachurch in contempt after they held three separate morning services on August 16th, defying a last-minute court order that specifically forbade them from doing so, saying that even they must comply with the state’s lockdown restrictions.
