(The Aquila Report)  As an almost 30-year church member in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), I have watched and listened with great interest and concern as certain voices in the PCA have been clamoring to allow celibate homosexual pastors and church officers (the so called “Side B”).  My concerns stem from my time as a member of the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) from birth and my time in a Junior Seminary from thirteen to eighteen. Costi Hinn of For The Gospel offers what he believes are five proactive truths that every pastor-shepherd must preach in order to protect his flock from the abomination known as the New Apostolic Reformation and the wolves who feed the NAR poison to the sheep. He writes:

Remember the one thing that could strip Superman of his unstoppable powers? If this thing was found in the vicinity of the “Man of Steel,” he’d be as helpless as a baby Giraffe on ice. That thing was Kryptonite. 

No matter your position on the continuation of gifts that produce signs and wonders, there are certain truths that orthodox Christians have stood together on for millennia. Martin Luther King Jr. Was Reportedly An Abuser Who Laughed At Rape. Is It Time To Tear His Monuments Down?

Indeed, David Garrow, the award-winning biographer who authored the piece based on information found in FBI documents, was not able to find any outlet in the United States willing to publish the details. Mueller Just Proved His Entire Operation Was A Political Hit Job That Trampled The Rule Of Law

As he made abundantly clear during his doddering reading of a prepared statement that repeatedly contradicted itself, Mueller had no interest in the equal application of the rule of law. If He were, Chan would have more discernment, which is a gift of the Holy Spirit (Hebrews 5:14, 1 Corinthians 12:10). Christian, you’re engulfed in an all-out spiritual battle. Are you prepared for it?

Kids vs. Parents…Sexual deviancy vs. Virtue…Hollywood vs. Family values…Filth vs. Decency…Pro-death vs. Pro-life…Moral relativism vs. Absolute truth…Christian liberalism vs. Christian orthodoxy…Atheism vs. Theism…Evolution vs. Creation…Big government vs. Free enterprise.

You’d think that because of the downright wickedness we’re dealing with in our morally bankrupt culture, Christ followers would wear the whole armor of God 24/7. What I’m referring to is the spiritual armor Paul advises believers to “put on.” Based on this admonition it would seem only a fool would fail to heed Paul’s advice.  In Ephesians 6:1-19, he lays out how to arm ourselves to fight the unseen forces of evil. Libraries Becoming Private Child Corruption Centers?

The library director, George Needham, said this on social media: “…it’s very common in our regular teen programming to use the phrase, ‘Teens only, please.’ This is because, within teen development, it’s very important that they feel like they have ownership over a safe space.”

Can We Learn From Paul’s Conversion Assessment?

Like a doctor identifying evidence to confirm a diagnosis, converts should be able to convey what a difference Christ has made in their way of thinking and living. Alistair Begg Also Shares Concerns About Beth Moore, But Will Still Preach with Her

Begg’s ministry claimed that he accepted the invitation without knowing who else would be partnering with him. First, that’s ill-advised and (probably) wrong. It’s certainly undiscerning and in today’s climate of apostasy, is foolish. It’s alsoirresponsible not to know such things.

(Pulpit & Pen)  Earlier this week, Pulpit & Pen reported on an upcoming conference in which Alistair Begg will ‘share the stage’ with Beth Moore. Begg is certainly not the first Calvinist and/or more-serious Christian leader to preach alongside the wildly egalitarian Social Justice Warrior and newly-charismatic prophetess. John Piper was perhaps the first respectable leader to preach with Moore, but we were nonetheless disappointed in Begg’s decision. Continue reading →

All sins are heinous, but some sins are more heinous than others.  Homosexual desire is no less forgivable, but it is more pernicious.  If there is no resignation of ordained PCA officers who claim to be gay homosexuals who practice celibacy, then there will be no hope of peace and unity in the PCA.
