Final synod document expected to mention female deacons

“This week has witnessed a surge in discussions surrounding the possibility that, as a result of the synod, women may be ordained as deacons, which means that they would be able to preach, distribute the Eucharist and officiate at weddings, baptisms and funerals. Deacons may not hear confessions or consecrate the Eucharist.”

Paula White’s new book ‘Something Greater’ is revealing, disturbing and depressing

As previously reported, endorsements for Prosperity Pastrix Paula White’s book came from pastors Franklin Graham, Robert Jeffress, Greg Laurie, Jack Graham and others in the Evangelical Industrial Complex such as Jerry Fallwell Jr. and Ralph Reed. When the evangelical community got wind of this, a flood of protests were tweeted out which caused some of the above mentioned to quickly delete their Twitter endorsements of the book. However, one of President Trump’s spiritual advisers, Robert Jeffress, actually defended his endorsement. It is deeply troubling to find out that our highly regarded evangelical leaders are sorely lacking in spiritual discernment. Anyone who takes a few minutes to  research Paula White will discover that her mentor is none other than prominent Word of Faith heretic, T.D. Jakes (here).

Disney sacrificing children’s innocence again

(Bull Bumpas – OneNewsNow)  A parents’ watchdog group finds it “completely unnecessary” that Disney has chosen to proudly inject the issue of homosexuality into an animated series for children.

As reported by Yahoo.com, a Disney spokesperson has confirmed that two characters in the animated series Star Wars Resistance – shop operators Orka and Flix (pictured) – are “gay.” That report quotes executive producer Justin Ridge saying: “I think it’s safe to say they’re an item. Large Southern Baptist Church Leaves Denomination Over Its Support of Beth Moore

“Mentioned in his sermon is SBC support for Beth Moore, their leadership’s attacks on John MacArthur, the passage of Resolution 9 (promoting Critical Race Theory), SBC leaders promoting Paula White, and it’s generalized liberalizing and its promotion of Social Justice.”

(Pulpit & Pen)  Another Southern Baptist Church has left the SBC over what many are calling a complete undoing of the Conservative Resurgence. Pastor Jeff Noblit of the booming Grace Life Church of the Shoals (Muscle Shoals, AL) mentioned a number of problematic issues with their denomination but said that the denomination’s support for Beth Moore’s ministry was “the straw that broke the camel’s back. Second Willow Creek Campus Pastor Resigns

(Julie Roys)  Willow Creek Crystal Lake‘s Lead Pastor Marcus Bieschke today announced he’s resigning his position with the church, saying his “heart and values are not in full alignment” with the church’s current direction. Bieschke is the second campus pastor to resign from one of Willow Creek Community Church’s eight Chicago-area campuses this year. Just three months ago, Reece Whitehead resigned as lead pastor from Willow Creek Wheaton.

James MacDonald Makes First Public Appearance at Men’s Retreat for Chicago-based Megachurch

Surprise ‘coming out ’ middle school assembly angers parents
